Nozetal 0.05% dhe Nozetal 0.1% (ksilometazolin hydrochloride).

Recommended:

  • in acute inflammation of the nasal mucosa caused by viruses or bacteria, in acute or chronic exacerbation of sinusitis,

  • in allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa, in acute inflammation of the middle ear.

DOXAFIN 5 mg (Desloratadine)

Doxafin is a non-hypnotic antihistamine.

Doxafin relieves symptoms such as runny and itchy nose, itchy palate and itching, redness or watering of the eyes accompanied by allergic rhinitis.

Doxafin is also used to relieve the symptoms associated with urticaria.

Relief from these symptoms lasts 24 hours.

 

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older:

The recommended dose is one tablet once daily with water, with or without food. If allergic rhinitis is intermittent (presence of symptoms for less than 4 days a week, or for less than 4 weeks), a treatment plan is recommended that will depend on the assessment of the pathology history.

 

If allergic rhinitis is persistent (presence of symptoms for 4 or more days a week and for more than 4 weeks), long-term treatment is recommended.

  For urticaria, the duration of treatment may be variable

MONALIZ 0.05% Spraj Nazal (mometasone furoate)

Monaliz is used in adults and children 6 years of age and older to treat symptoms called seasonal allergic rhinitis and perennial allergic rhinitis that occur year-round.

 

Monaliz is used in the prophylaxis of allergies in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.

Monaliz can be used in children 2 to 6 years old diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. Prophylactic treatment should be started 2-4 weeks before the expected start of the pollen season.

 

Monaliz is also used to treat nasal polyps in adults aged 18 and over.

SILVERDIN 1% (sulfadiazine argjendi)

Silverdin has a bactericidal effect.

In burns it is applied as a layer with a thickness of 3-5 mm after the wound and the burned area are cleaned.

In burns, it should be applied more often if the volume of exudates is large.

 

Hand burns

Silverdin cream should be applied to the burned area and the whole hand is sealed in a clean plastic bag or glove isolating it. The patient should be encouraged to move his hand and fingers. The dressing should be changed when an excess amount of exudate has accumulated in the bag.

 

Lower extremity ulcer / decupitus ulcer

The ulcer cavity should be filled with Silverdin cream to a thickness of at least 3-5 mm. Since Silverdin cream can cause softening of normal skin during prolonged contact, care must be taken to prevent it from spreading to non-ulcerated areas.

 

Injuries of the fingertips

Damage bleeding should be stopped before applying a 3-5 mm layer of SILVERDIN cream. A suitable outfit can be used. Clothes should be changed every 2-3 days.

DEKORT 8 mg/2 ml I.M./I.V (Dexamethasone)

Use in children:

The initial dose of DECORT may vary depending on the severity of the disease in children.

 

The initial dose range is 0.02 - 0.3 mg / kg / day and is administered divided into 3 or 4 doses

DEVIT-3 IM/Oral (50.000 I.U. vitamin D3)

DEVIT-3 is used in vitamin D deficiencies, in the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiencies related to malabsorption in the gastrointestinal tract, in the treatment of rickets, osteomalacia, supportive treatment in osteoporosis, supportive treatment in cases at risk of osteoporotic fractures and treatment of hyperparathyroidism.

 

For the treatment of vitamin D deficiency and the treatment of rickets in newborns, infants and children, it is generally given 1 ml (300,000 IU) at 3-4 week intervals and for the prophylaxis and treatment of vitamin D deficiency in malabsorption is given 1 ml (300,000 IU) or as 2 doses 1/2 ml in 3-4 weeks- intervals.

 

For the treatment of osteomalacia, or in supportive treatment in osteoporosis, or in the prophylaxis of patients at high risk of osteoporotic fractures and the treatment of hyperparathyroidism, 1 ml (300,000 I.U.) is given once a week for 6-12 weeks.

OXYCORT, (9.30 mg + 3.10 mg)/g, (Oxytetracyclini hydrochloridum + Hydrocortisonum)

Therapeutic indications:

Oxycort is used in local treatments of inflammatory skin diseases complicated by bacterial infections such as:

  • impetigo,

  • folliculitis,

  • Allergic skin diseases such as urticaria, eczema,

  • prurit;

  • in first degree burns

  • in first-degree freezing (morthet), local reactions of insect bites to erysipelas

 

Spray the affected areas on the skin, holding the container vertically, with the spray hole up, at a distance of 15-20 cm from the skin, for 1 to 3 seconds.

Used 2 to 4 times a day at equal intervals.

 

Note:

Protect your eyes from the substance.

Do not inhale the aspirated substance.

After each application of the product, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Shake the container vigorously before each use.

FUROMID 20mg/2ml (Furosemid)

Indications

  • Presence of fluids due to chronic congestive heart failure characterized by dyspnea, edema, hepatomegaly

  • Fluid retention in a chronic renal failure.

  • Fluid retention in acute renal failure including insufficiency during pregnancy or burns.

  • Fluid retention in renal pathologies (if diuretic treatment is necessary)

  • Retention of fluids which are not eliminated in cases of hepatic problems Hypertension
